Compliance training

You have a deadline. We get that.

A new regulation lands. A state expands harassment training. OSHA refreshes a standard. You have six months to deliver training and prove it. Upload your SCORM, send the link, generate audit-ready records.

The fastest path to compliant and auditable

Step 1: Upload your SCORM

Whether you bought it from a content vendor or built it yourself, drop the zip in. Ready in two clicks.

Step 2: Send the link

Email it. Post it on your intranet. Distribute via your LMS. Gate it with SSO or one-time codes.

Step 3: Watch completions land

Real-time progress dashboard. Filter by deadline, role, location, or whatever your regulator cares about.

Step 4: Export audit-ready records

CSV or PDF reports with timestamps, scores, and certificate IDs. The evidence an auditor wants.

Common compliance triggers

Scenarios where OpenSCORM gets you to compliant fast.

State harassment training

New York, California, Illinois, Connecticut, Washington — multi-state mandates with audit deadlines.

OSHA refreshers

HAZWOPER, fall protection, hazard communication. New or updated standards across affected industries.

WHMIS (Canada)

Provincial workplace-safety mandates. Refresher cadence with auditor scrutiny.

Financial services

FINRA, FDA, IIROC, AML refreshers — annual or triggered training with attestation requirements.

Cybersecurity awareness

Post-breach training mandates. State-level data privacy laws. PIPEDA updates in Canada.

Industry-specific safety

Energy, utilities, mining, construction, healthcare — wherever a regulator just moved.

What audit-ready records look like

Whatever evidence your regulator asks for, OpenSCORM produces it cleanly:

  • Learner identity (SSO-verified or email-verified)
  • Course identity and version
  • Start time, end time, time-on-task
  • Quiz score if applicable
  • Completion status from the SCORM runtime
  • Tamper-evident certificate ID
  • Exportable as CSV or PDF, on demand

FAQ

We have a deadline in six weeks. Can OpenSCORM be ready in time?

Yes. Most customers go from sign-up to first launch in under an hour. The work that takes time is content — the SCORM package, the learner list, the rollout plan. That work doesn't depend on us.

I don't have SCORM content yet. Where do I get it?

Vendors like Traliant, EasyLlama, Litmos Compliance, J.J. Keller and others sell pre-built compliance courses as SCORM zips. Or build your own with Articulate, Captivate, iSpring, dominKnow, etc. Once you have the zip, we deliver it.

Can I gate the training to specific employees only?

Yes. SSO integration (Medium and Large tiers) ties launches to your identity provider. Or use email-verified one-time links for ad-hoc cohorts.

What if my deadline causes a registration spike?

Flat-rate pricing — registration volume doesn't change your invoice. That's the whole point. A SCORM Cloud bill would jump; ours doesn't.

Will my auditor accept these records?

Standard SCORM completion records are what auditors expect in this space — they're the same format the LMS-hosted versions produce. We'll work with you if your auditor needs anything specific.

What about after the deadline passes?

Most regulatory training is annual or biennial. Keep the package live and the records archived. When the next refresh cycle hits, you're already set up.

Deadline pressure? Start now.

Free tier covers 1 course and 10 learners. Use it to validate the workflow today, scale up tomorrow.
